The hotel is very well located near the

historical center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The spacious room was comfortable, but I found some noise from the street at night a bit disruptive. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The room was comfy with spacious beds, but you could tell it's a bit outdated. It felt cozy enough for a short stay. Also, the views weren't bad, especially from the higher floors. Would've loved a kettle in the room, though. And the amenities could use some sprucing up. Overall, solid stay, but some parts could use a refresh.

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with a great location that provides easy access to tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. I enjoyed the big, comfortable bed and the buffet had a wide variety of options to choose from each...  

The hotel features spacious rooms and a unique former prison architecture. The jacuzzi and lounge access made my stay special. The very nice service from Luis in the lounge was a highlight.

All fine, but noise issues

Had a smooth check-in and loved the cozy room with all the essentials. The outdoor pool and garden area were perfect for unwinding. Just wish the breakfast had a wider selection, but overall, a great experience! 😊

I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Lima, where the location truly shone, only a short walk from the historic center. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, satisfying different tastes. My room was clean, featuring a large and comfortable bed. The staff stood out for their helpfulness, especially at the front desk. they arranged a cab for me with ease. However, I encountered significant noise issues during my stay. My room faced the busy square, and noise from street events went on late into the night, disrupting my rest. The hotel also felt dated in some areas, especially the elevators and room decor, which could use a refresh. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was lacking, which made it uncomfortable at times. These issues were quite frustrating but didn't overshadow the great service and overall cleanliness.

I had such a great time exploring the nearby historic district and indulging in the park views at El Campo de Marte during my stay, and I also loved the fantastic service I received every morning from Saud in the Club Lounge, who provided me with valuable tips on what to see around the city. it genuinely made my trip memorable. For single travelers like me, this hotel offers a comfortable base while venturing into the vibrant streets of Lima.

Friendly staff made everything easy, but noise from the street was annoying at night.
